Error: batch cannot be loaded

It keeps popping up on my screen even though it's been a month and no other batches have been loaded that would merit that message. Nonetheless this message keeps resurrecting time and again. Thank you for your help on this!

    Is it showing when you try to download a particular project or for any and all projects?

    It happens whenever I sign in to Indexing and before my main page shows up. I guess I'm going to have to call FS Support. Thanks anyway, y'all.

    @samshicat, have you gone through the usual song-and-dance of clearing your FS-related browser history (cache and cookies)?
