I cannot partner with Ancestry.com from FamilySearch

My name is Wayne Stoltz and I am deaf. I was in FamilySearch and I tried to partner with Ancestry this morning on 4 March, 2024. When I went into Ancestry thru FamilySearch it shows that I am registered in Permissions on FamilySearch; it also shows that I am registered for Ancestry, but it does not indicate in Ancestry Settings that I am registered. I cannot use the Search features etc. and it wants me to subscribe to Ancestry. I am presently here at the FamilySearch Center where I have a deaf interpreter on every Monday & Friday (9am-3pm). Thank you for contacting me as to what my next steps should be. Sincerely, Wayne Stoltz

@WAYNE ARDEN STOLTZ to be sure I understand your issue. Are you a member of the LDS Church trying to access your partner Ancestry account? If so, you need to contact FS directly. This Community is comprised of many users of FamilySearch - a large percentage are not LDS.
