Unable to Merge LXNL-3FK and LFDY-V9F due to Read-Only Restrictions

Request Admin support to merge the following:

I am unable to merge these two profiles due to relationship with a Read-Only profile.

Only admin with level 4, 5, or 6 can deal with this question.
