Unable to download document (online probate record) to thumbdrive while at Familysearch center
Film #27955 image 787. Download button pushed, then following message appears:
This is the first item that I attempted to download today. Tried multiple problem solving approaches, and phone consultations with local Familysearch center expert. Cleared cookies from computer, tried multiple computers. Same message appeared.
Wanted to download a few pages from this source in complete pages, not cut into segments and in a form that I could look at and enlarge at home, like a jpg. Not using the snip or photograph options, which can not be enlarged without losing resolution.

If Centers regularly receive "Bandwith Exceeded" messages, there are instructions for a Center to follow in this post.
If you can wait a few days, I'll be happy to retrieve the image for you when I go to my Affiliate Library later this week. I've already put it on my list.

@Sarah Nield Please check your messages for a copy of the record you needed. Look for a red number on the envelope at that top right of this page.

Also, thanks for the links to the suggestions for a work around (ie bring your own laptop to the center) for downloading images.
