How do I invite a member to join our ward indexing group?

Her user name in family search is not her name or a variation of it. when I try to invite her I get a red explanation mark.

    This gives alternate options for inviting people to join.

    I know that. The information I added was completely made up . I just wanted an example so you knew what I was working with. Thanks for the info. We are going to have her do a couple of name checks and see if her name will show up in our ward group
