For the profiles of deceased people, the "whatever or whoever" is you and your fellow users of FamilySearch's collaborative, shared Family Tree.
For the profiles of living people, such as the one you see for yourself, the "whatever or whoever" is just you. Nobody else can even see your profile, never mind making any changes to its relationships. If those relationships are wrong, it's not FS's fault, and nobody besides you can fix it.
The good news is, you can fix it. The exact steps will depend on whether your parents are living or deceased, and if the latter, whether someone has already created profiles for them or not. (One caveat: I'm not LDS. If you are, and you created your FamilySearch account via your church membership, then as I understand it, the membership department automatically adds the information from your membership record to your profile. If your record has an error, then so will your profile. If this is the case, then I believe you can still fix it yourself the usual way on the website end of things, but you'll want to contact someone in the church to get their end corrected.)

Hi William - Here are some more specific changes you can make. Right now, your father is showing as having two wives, your mother and your grandmother. Go to your father's person page, detail view, and scroll down to the family members section. Add yourself as a child of your father and mother under where is shows them married. Remove yourself as a child of your father and your grandmother where it shows them as a couple. After doing this, if your grandmother still shows as a wife of your father, edit the couple and remove her as a wife. This should fix the problem. Below is a link with more detailed instructions. Also, you can call the help line at 1 866 406 1830 (M-Sat, 8 am to 8 pm MT and Sun 1 pm to 8 pm MT) and they will be happy to help you.

This is ridicules, in one page it says his wife is one person and the other page, which won't let me correct it shows his mother as his wife. Click here, click there, click, click, click. This is as bad as doing taxes! Just make my tree editable and I will fix it, don't tell me to click here and do that, and then click here and do this, and then click there and do the other thing. No wonder everyone I talk to says this is a big problem entering families. And yes, someone did change my tree and her name is listed! I want to delete the entire tree and start over and I don't want anyone else changing it.

William, the tree is editable. It is a fully open-edit collaborative family tree, with the (lofty and distant) goal of one and only one profile per deceased person. Yes, editing it involves clicking on things. That's how computers work.
If other people are editing your profile, then you've been entered as deceased, and you should get that corrected ASAP (https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-change-the-status-from-deceased-to-living-in-family-tree).
If you prefer an individual-tree framework, then don't use a collaborative-tree website like FamilySearch. Work offline, or on one of the many individual-tree websites, such as Ancestry or MyHeritage.

@William1089 If you are not able to edit a profile, then you are likely on the "about" tab instead of the "details" tab. On the details tab, you will see pencil icons to allow you to edit almost anything.
