  1. Do we add "Jr" after the first name? Some indexers do and others do not.
  2. Block add containing name are not indexed. When a name like : Cora Jones, clerk for Bill Jones Company" in contained within the name listing, do we index Bill Jones?

I have read the directions. I do not want your opinion .

Just tell me what FS wants.

You would index Betty Jones, but not the names in the name of the company or the officers of the company she works for.

Also, if it has Bill Jones, President, which would indicate he is living.

Unless there is a field specifically for the suffix, we do not index the suffix. I can count on one had how many projects that have had a suffix field.

So, do not index any names within the name directory related to a business like:

    1. betty Jones, clerk, John Jones and company
    2. Betty Jones, clerk, Harts Bread Company, Bill Clark, president

    Is this correct?
