What do I do when entries already completed, appear again?

I just completed indexing a batch. Before I had a chance to submit, must have pressed something in error. Previously indexed Naturalization records came up again. What do I do to go on to the next batch?

Please share your batch code. Your batch code is located at the top of your indexing screen and looks like [MQFM-XMN]. It can also be found under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share Batch.
