Unavalaible digital collection - request to digitilize microfilms

I´m researching a family that came from Murcia and thanks to Familysearch I found some microfilms to research. Unfortunately, the microfilms aren´t available here in Brazil, they weren´t digitilized. Could the microfilms from Murcia be put in the queue to be digitilized? The microfilms are: 1458240; 1388031; 1388035. Thank you from now.

Every microfilm in FS's possession has been digitized. Every single one.

However, unfortunately, "digitized" is not at all the same thing as "online". Online availability is determined by FS's contracts with the record custodians, and by the laws of the relevant countries.

According to the catalog, the films you list contain records up to 1981, 1984, and 1958, so I suspect they're not online due to privacy laws.

Thanks for aswering. The document I´m researching is from 1907, do you think the films are offline due to privacy?

I´m at a FS at the moment. The responsible here said I can´t see these films because there is the icon of a roll of film, and this happens because the film wasn´t digitilized or due to privacy rules.

@Maíra C. As Julia indicates, that DGS (digitized film) will be unavailable because SOME of the records are too recent to be viewed because of privacy regulations. When ANY record on a DGS is covered by privacy acts, then the entire DGS is restricted.

There is a project underway to break apart the films into older sections (not covered by privacy acts) and newer records (restricted for privacy). But, that's a slow process.

This article explains the meaning of the reel icon: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/what-are-notes-or-film-digital-notes-in-the-catalog

You can hire a researcher who accesses the records in Salt Lake City or try to find a volunteer who will do the same. Cyndi's List is a good place to start looking for a researcher-for-hire in Salt Lake. https://www.cyndislist.com/us/ut/professionals/

Why can't they put a "?" next to the column headers on the film notes page with a link to that article???? (Rhetorical question....I needed to vent.)

@David Peterson There is an explanation on hover, but it's out of date. The catalog has been undergoing a major re-work for the last 2+ years. I'm hopeful that, when the re-work is finally completed, there will be a new set of icons or at least a partial change because that reel icon confuses many people. The reel formerly meant microfilm only, not digitized. Now that everything is digitized, it means not online, more or less.
