City Directories Part B lower case letters

As of 4:43 am CT, the Part B of the City Directories has the default first letter in the fields in lowercase. I checked a few other projects and they have an uppercase letter as the default first letter. @Maile L, can this be fixed?

I also have the automatic capitalization in the City Directories turned off. Can this be fixed?

I won't do this set until they get it fixed.

This is automatically lower case. Am I to index it as it or will this be fixed?

Mine is capitalizing the first letters.

You will index the batch. This is probably a glitch on FS' end.
