A large gray screen props up whenever I try opening someone's family tree on FS.org?

A large gray screen (on the page itself) props up whenever I try opening someone's family tree on FS.org. The same thing occurs regardless of who's family tree I try to view. How exactly do I fix this problem?

Have you tried the usual song-and-dance? (Try it in a different browser; if it works there -- as I suspect it will, given that the rest of us are not seeing this problem -- some housekeeping in your original browser should restore functionality: make sure it's up to date, and clear your FS-related history [cache and cookies] from it.)

try opening someone's family tree on FS.org

Are you in Genealogies? Otherwise, there is only one tree.

I think by "someone's family tree", Daniel is referring to one of the chart views, or perhaps even the profile details page.

Yeah, I was able to fix it by deleting all of my cookies on my Internet browser.

What operating system and version and what browser and version are you using?

Google Chrome for the browser and I think Windows for the operating system. Not sure, though. And unsure about the versions. But I have already managed to fix this problem by now, thankfully.

@DanielGonik You can check the version you are using in Settings on your computer/browser. If you don't whether you are using Windows, that's scary.
