My ancestor John McYlcarane's will is in
the FS Will index Film # 008887345 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHV-R3LG-9BJR?i=176&cat=39583 as 1712 (Book 2) Lezayre.
and also the Isle of Mann Will Index and transcription as 1712 ( Book 2) Lezayre. https://www.mannincloud.info/wills/171/1712_023.html
HOWEVER, The FS microfilming for the Isle of Man. Episcopal Consistory Court (Main Author )Microfilm of mss. in the Manx Museum, Douglas, FS Film 991649 7907703 only has a Book 1. I believe the digital version missed 1712 Book 2.
The Archdeacons Wills 1711-1716 106210 8263691 also doesn't have the will.
I'm sure my ancestor is not the only will in Book 2 that is missing.
My research notes from my grandmother say they used a Zerox image.

The Catalog record https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/151694 indicates these records were filmed in 1977. Perhaps at the time the volume you are after was not available for some reason, including being lost, or was deemed too fragile to be filmed.
I think you need to contact the originating Archive, the Manx Museum, Douglas and enquire whether they are able to provide you with a copy. If so, I expect there would be a fee involved.
