Progress Reports Error

It appears that records/names indexed or reviewed in the Get Involved App on our devices are not showing up in the progress numbers for the individual, Ward or Stake. Where can we see the total progress numbers for ourselves and others of our work in Family Search and the Get Involved App? Thank you.

Currently only indexing is tracked on Leader and Clerk Resources and our stake uses it as a means of identifying family history activity. Recently, indexing numbers have been going down precipitously due to the lack of easier batches. Even our most expert indexers complain about the lack of "doable" index batches. Would it make more sense to track all Get involved Opportunities for statistical purposes to get a more realistic picture of family history activity?
