Funny glitch: "Deceased" changes languages randomly

I have seen this happen many times in the last several weeks. Often refreshing fixes the language back to English, but sometimes it just jumps to another language and jumps back without me clicking anything. It was often Spanish or Italian or German I think, but I believe I have seen Asian languages too and here is one I do not remember seeing before. I did not report it before because it doesn't hurt my work at all. It is funny enough that I thought maybe someone would get a kick out of it, and I am curious if other people see this happening too or if I am the lucky one.

I have checked if there is a different language setting on the person's name, and this is not a factor.

It is not PID relevant. If you go to these PID you will not see the same thing this screenshot shows. It changes randomly.
