Fix technical problem

When trying to merge, I clicked on the box that stated all the facts were the same. I could not continue to finish the merge. I kept getting a statement that I needed to give a reason. I finally deleted the suggested response and wrote out my own. It still does not work. It wants me to fill out the reason even though I did.

I also tried feedback. Selected the sad face. It doesn't allow me to explain why! I put a sad face because it doesn't work but you have no way of knowing that. That seems counterproductive to your knowing how people like your website.

    Did you try reloading the page? These sorts of glitches are the sorts of thing that happen if your browser got impatient and didn't finish loading things properly.
