Access to the image on a restricted record
I would like some advice on how to access the image on the record below:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:66W7-C35G?cid=fs_copy
It is probably my great grandmother's baptism record. There is a inconsistency on gender and given name (the record says Fran-Cinco instead of Francisca) but the information on birth place and year and family members (parents and grandparents) are a perfect match.
I have been in contact with several churches in Mazarrón (including Parroquia San José puerto de Mazarrón) to get the official record since September and I am having a real hard time as they are not willing to do the search.
I believe if I got to see the record I can get the exact church, date and even maybe the book id and page.

First - URL rescued from the Community Software that corrupts any URL on a line alone: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:66W7-C35G
The collection has been indexed by a computer algorithm, and that can sometimes mean it didn't work as well as we would hope.
The film 4457547 contains records as recent as 1941, and it is restricted from viewing to protect the privacy of the living or possibly living.
It should be viewable in Salt Lake City, if you are going to RootsTech or know someone who is. Or, you can hire a researcher to look at it for you.

That's what the catalog indicates (snip in my 1st comment) with the reel icon. https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/what-are-notes-or-film-digital-notes-in-the-catalog "Film reel indicates that FamilySearch has a physical version of the material—a microfilm or microfiche. The record custodian denies user access to the digital images."

Thank you all for your comments.
I have emailed FS support to ask if the record would be available for anyone in Salt lake City Family Search Library.
Does anyone have a recommendation on where I can find genealogy researchers in Salt Lake City?

The record is definitely available in the FamilySearch Library, as we said above. I often recommend starting with Cyndi's List to find a researcher in SLC. https://www.cyndislist.com/us/ut/professionals/
