What happened to the ruler?

I know we used to have a ruler for use when indexing or reviewing but now I can't find it. Can you tell me how I can find it?

Under "Data Entry" select "Show Ruler."

Sorry, but I can't find this on my tool bar.

Thank you for trying to help me. I think I know what I have to do to find it now. I have to fix my tool bar first.
