My grandma's line isn't showing for me and my sister, but is for my aunt. How can I fix this?

I noticed on Sunday that the line from my paternal grandma wasn't showing up (it used to). I asked my sister to check hers and she said hers isn't working either. However, my paternal aunt's tree is still showing the whole line. Is there something I can do to fix it or is it just a bug that needs to be fixed?

Sounds like a link has accidentally been deleted. Take a look at the Latest Changes section on the right side of the person page.

If this does not resolve it, please post the PID numbers (format XXXX-XXX) of the people concerned.

@Brenna Louise Hales Living people are only seen in your private area of Family Tree. Since your grandmother is still living, you will have to add deceased parents (or other ancestors) to her profile. Once those persons are found, the rest of the connections should fill in.

Mod note - your image was edited to hide names and dates for living individuals for their privacy. For more details, see Community Code of Conduct
