You must call Global Services to update your center email password which will auto delete every 30 days without a signin to that account so after reseting make sure you sign into the account each 30 days! as for instructions for Center tools please go to Center Tools Instruction • FamilySearch Support Operations This link is visable from the FamilySearchCenter Learning Resources page when a Director is signed on. You will need to scroll to the bottom of that page to see the FamilySearch Center Tools Link.
Clicking that ICON will take you to FamilySearch Center Tools page.
The first takes you to the Tools where you can edit and the other three provide instructions both in Video and written along with FAQ's.
