Please could someone review some profiles for me

So I recently added some family to the tree and got a match with the wider tree. Upon reviewing the wider tree I noticed a case where someone shared a set of grandparents with their spouse. The profile is GGB1-DZV, his mother and his wife's father are listed siblings.

Of course this could be correct however I would appreciate if someone experienced could look at the records attached to verify whether this is correct.

Not gone through the records exhaustively but the records are well sourced. This situation is not that unusual. I have encountered it several times before. As cousins, they could have met at a family gathering and fallen in love!
