Does anyone know how to index an individual listed only as "mother" under the grantee's name in the New York Land Records? I have indexed for years and have spent the afternoon searching the files but can't find anything. Thank you!

When a person is only referred to but not given a name, we don't index them. A record has to have a name in order to be found in Family Search. See the first bullet in this General Indexing Guideline. https://prod.familysearch.psdops.com/cmsa/idx/how-to-index-individuals-whose-names-were-not-fully-recorded
