Full Name Review

I am doing full name review, and it has left out a given name and surname. Is there a way to add a name? Or do I just ignore the given name?

Thank you in advance.

FaithHamm, I am noticing the same thing. So far, I am just reviewing what is highlighted. I am frustrated with the lack of information helps, so far.

@maryannklingler1, I totally understand. I find that it picks up a first name in the body and adds the surname of another person that is on the side. Or in the body it will pick the surname of the person before and the given name of the next person. When that happens the only thing, I can think of is to fix the one of body names. When I do this, I hope that the document is run again trying to see if it will pick up a name that was not added. I tried searching for how to fix it and came up with nothing. From what I can tell there is no real instructions on how to do this. I also found that trying to add a field does not work sometimes, if you have a first name and add a surname box, a box does not appear in order to drag it down in the missing field. The only other solution thing that I can do is a transcription error but then on some documents you may have multiple errors that need to be fixed, AI is wonderful to a point. Just wish you could fix it as you go. If I get really frustrated, I go back to indexing.

Thank you so much for trying to answer my question.

I also included quick name review in my above statement. Sorry for any confusion.

Totally agree. When you add a name, then the solid box should automatically appear so you can drag the missing part onto the work.
