How to remove an indexing subgroup administrator

We have a person listed as 'Indexing Director' in our Stake Indexing Group who has passed away five years ago. In fact, due to boundary changes, he would not be a member of our stake now. How do changes in the Stake membership get transferred to the FamilySearch records?

@Nora Volz has this issue been resolved?

If not, has this individual been recorded as deceased by their Ward Clerk?

Is this individual showing as an indexing leader in LDS Tools? or is this showing on a website?

Can you provide a screen shot of where this is showing?

Thank you. I did not know any of that. Somehow my question ended up here.
