Who Do We Contact to Correct Film Information or Provide Suggestions?
When the TItle and Notes of the Microfilm do not match the content of the film, who do we notify to get the information changed?
When the location in an entry is not correct compared to the location of the resource and the edit feature is not active for location, who do we contact to help get his corrected?

For your 1st question, if the issue is in the catalog, for an entire DGS: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-a-correction-to-the-familysearch-catalog
For your 2nd question, does the entry contain 2 locations, with one marked (original)? If that is the case, it's a placename standardization issue, and you need to provide specific details, including the URL/link to the record. There is a staff member active here in the community who has taken the lead on reporting such issues.

Thank you for the information. I will use this avenue for corrections and ask for further information if I should run across more complicated issues.

For example the entry Flagstaff in a Fiji film, has been indexed at Flagstaff, Arizona. (and is not editable)
It should be indexed as Flagstaff, Suva, Fiji.
This issue can be found throughout the Indians Married in Fiji records and Indians Births in Fiji records. It is an error and not a standardization of an original place name per se.

@Leslie Edmunds, as I said, you need to provide specific information including the URL/link to the record. See an example here where I made a report.
