Helper Permission Flaw

I was alerted to this problem today when I didn't receive reply over 3 days.

The person who I was helping, had 1 year expired few days ago so I sent permission renewal.

Found out why... seems the programmers goofed, name asking for permission is now omitted from now on. My name is not on this at all. The person granting permission is omitted in red per private rule.

Here is the image copy of the message she forwarded to me to see for myself and send to you the programmers to correct. No wonder I had to call several of the persons to let them know about the permission last 2-3 months.
