the indexer knew the correct spelling of the place of birth and thus changed it. However, I don't think Portugal should be included because field help says Do not index levels of locality that were not indicated on the record. Also, I think the sex field should be marked <blank> per example. And I made changes to the GN and SN.

What do you think?

    • I don't see Portugal on the document so it shouldn't be included. I don't see the sex indicated anywhere either. However, the three subsequent images should be marked No Extractable Data. The information on those images are indexed in Image 1. Instructions say, "Index all information on the first entry in each batch. Subsequent images should be marked in Step 1:Images as No, No Extractable Data after any applicable data has been indexed from them."
