Problem is with change information in 1st position -> matter to wife. In this document see Michaels Matter`s is Salomea, but Salomea has been his wife. I try different ways to change this mistake, but always back to first...

The index is correct as is: the death register says Michael Tworowski's father was "unknown Tworowski" and his mother was "Salomea unknown". The register does not have a field for spouses.
In my opinion, indexes are not the place to correct errors in documents. Make a note of the error when you attach the source -- and yes, you can attach Salomea's entry to Michael's wife rather than to his mother, although it may take a gentle thwack or two on Source Linker.

If the record did actually say Salomea was his spouse, and you wanted to change the index to say so, I'm not sure what the correct procedure would be. I think this is an aspect of the new index-correction tool that still needs work. The problem is, relationships are (by definition) double-ended, and it appears that changing the relationship on one end from "parent" to something else is insufficient, because there's still a relationship of "son" on the other end.
In any case, this question has nothing to do with indexing. It belongs in an index-correction-tool Group -- if only we had one.
