Hello,

I am requesting/asking if Familysearch.org can review this request to send a scanning team to digitally scan the missed records for the town of Stannard, Caledonia County, Vermont.

Their information is as follows:

  • Office Hours: Wednesday 8:00-12:00
  • Phone: 802-533-2577
  • Email: townofstannard@myfairpoint.net
  • Address: 615 Stannard Mtn Rd.; Greensboro Bend, VT 05842

Familysearch.org has very few scanned documents and many are not listed in Familysearch.org catalog. Anything prior to 1968 has not been scanned.

Thank you,

Tom

You have posted on the public FamilySearch Community Forum. If you are authorized to speak for the town of Stannard, you'll want to contact FamilySearch headquarters as outlined in this article: https://www.familysearch.org/en/info/archive This older magazine article outlines the process, too: https://familytreemagazine.com/websites/familysearch/familysearch-digitize-records/ Good luck!
