Rationalisation of Place Types

I have posted an idea in the Places Group - URL https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/153464/rationalisation-of-place-types

In that thread, I suggest the merging of Place Types "Hamlet", "Village", "Town" and "City" (and possibly "Neighbourhood" as well) in order to make room on the "Suggest a New Place" facility for other types not currently present on it, such as "Parish".
