Well first, If you can please clarify what precisely you mean by "get on my Ball family tree"?
In which database or Familysearch area?
Which Ball family & where? Names & Dates & places?
Is this a family in your direct ancestral line that you have worked on before in FamilySeach FamilyTree?
if the last is true - you should be able to simply go to the Family Search Family Tree area
and click on "Family Tree" and "Tree" and then select the drop down (if needed) to ensure that it is set to Landcape or Portrait - (pedigree type views)
