For some reason the record type is preselected and stuck as Marriage record but all the batches I'm getting are actually death records, how can I change it or what should I do to report this issue in the project?

Perhaps this is one of the projects where they only want the marriages indexed. It should be in the project instructions to mark images without marriages as no, no extractable data.
