Simona Cavazos and Jesus Villarreal have 2 marriage dates about 1 month apart both in the “Mexico, Nuevo León, Covil Registration, 1859-1962” as far as I can see this is two recorded marriage events for the same couple. Which date should be entered for their FamilySearch marriage date? I am assuming the earliest record? Thank for any insights you may have. Dan.

Skimming the documents, it appears that the August document may be the publication of the banns and the September document, the actual marriage. So, I would use the September date as the date of marriage.
