I don't understand why I have to reset my password every time I log into my family search account. The passwords I am using have 10 to 15 characters' both upper- and lower-case letters numbers and another character.

    Barbara,

I wonder if you are continuing to have problems signing in to FamilySearch. I do not know why you are being asked to change your password each time, but I have a few thoughts that you may try,

    1. Clear your FamilySearch Cookies at https://www.familysearch.org/cookies.
    2. If clearing your cookies does not work, recover your FamilySearch username and password if you have forgotten them.
    3. If you still cannot sign in, please contact FamilySearch Support. https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/familysearch-support-contact-us

    Hope this helps.
