Madiswil BE - death - 1836 - Wälchli - husband's name
Death 29 October & 1 November Burial record of Elisabeth Wälchli. I believe she was 46 years, 8 months and 21 days. I think the 3rd column has the surname of her husband. What does it say? Elisabeth geborn Wälchli. Does information on her husband follow her name? What information follows?
Thank you, Edna Walchli Stratford

Hello Edna,
please, always give the link to sources available freely online - comparing a given hand with other entries is often a great help.
This would also tell us the parish 😉 which can be a great help to recognise names.
May I also bring my suggestion on https://community.familysearch.org/de/discussion/129680/what-title-would-be-best-for-postings to your attention?
Best regards - Wolf

After reading your post https://community.familysearch.org/de/discussion/152459/madiswil-be-marriage-1835-waelchli-grooms-name I better understand this record - I am assuming it is from Madiswil..
The husband's name is Rämi (third column),
The deceased is Elisabeth geb Wälchli, Jakob Andresen des Lehrers 2te Frau, von und in Madiswÿl.
Elisabeth Wälchli was the second wife of the teacher Jakob Andreas Rämi, citizen of Madiswil and living there.

In the meantime I have adapted the original topic title "Surname of husband?" to better reflect the discussion topic - see the suggestion on https://community.familysearch.org/de/discussion/129680/what-title-would-be-best-for-postings.
