Change my email address
I read several posts about changing my community email address, but I am having trouble. I click on my photo icon, click Account and Privacy Settings, but when I try to click on the pencil beside my email, nothing happens. In fact, when I hover over the pencil, it has a note about my password, not my email, and there is no email in my inbox nor spam folders. What am I doing wrong?

Your Community username and email address come from your account and profile settings in FamilySearch. To change your email account, go to FamilySearch.org and then to Account tab>Password and Recovery and click EDIT to change your Recovery Email

You need to be in your Profile https://www.familysearch.org/identity/settings/profile and then click the pencil next to the word Details

I changed it successfuly on familysearch.org a while ago. It's on community.familysearch.org that I am having trouble changing to the new email address.
