He has found indexing great. However, I want to give him the initiavtive to be able to do indexing himself. If he could join community help for questions that would be great. Here is the error that appeared. "Unable to autocorrect because SSO did not provide an e-mail address." We searched on his computer for help on joining indexing community on the help section there was no help there. Literally, it said "Did you find this helpful". And there was no help there. We think maybe the new indexer had the wrong browser. Any help would be apprecited.

Since the indexer already has a FamilySearch account, he can log in to the community using the same credentials, if he wishes. No need to create another account. https://www.familysearch.org/en/library/familysearch-community

I don't think he needs to create a new account. The one he has should be usable to ask questoins on the community indexing chats. I wasn't exactly asking that either. I was just wondering what the error means and what he can do so he can participate in community indexing discussions.

One more thing to share though the link was a good source of good information, I searched and unfortunately didn't find any links pertaining to my question.

I think i get what your saying. He might need an account. He does. It is just when he gets to community help it acts like he dosen't have an account. then when he tries to use the website it give him that message.

If he is indexing, he already has an account, unless you were allowing him to use your account.
