US-New Jersey Nat Records
Image 1 is a Petition for Citizenship. In the PI's it does not specifically list this as a document to index but says to index documents that are similar to these form-types. I have indexed it and am using the date on the affidavit for the record date. Is this correct?

Yes, you will use 1/17/1934 as the record date.
