Need to know if this is a marriage or baptism. Please let know what it is.

It's pretty clearly mostly baptisms, in the format
[child's given name] of [father] & [mother] ss [godfather] & [godmother], - [location].
(I'm not sure what the abbreviation is between the parents and godparents, but I'm guessing "ss" for "sponsors".)
I said "mostly" because there's at least one conversion: "Received into the RC church Robt. M??, Witnesses Jn Miniham(?) & Margt. H?? - R??. (Sorry, reading Irish names and places is not my strong suit.)
Reference images are (inexplicably) disabled on shared batches, but you should be able to page back to the beginning of 1843 (or forward to its end) to see if there's more labeling to be had there, to be absolutely certain.

That register is baptisms. At the top left, just under May 26th 1843
Thos [son] of Thos Butler & Margt Henegan, ss [sponsors/godparents] Michl Henegan & Norry Butler.
The parish is Drimoleague, and those baptisms are on Page 139: https://registers.nli.ie//registers/vtls000633308#page/139/mode/1up

Despite the timestamps (4:21 for Áine's answer, 4:42 for mine), when I wrote, the forum was not showing any replies to the thread. I even refreshed the page before starting to write.
January 1843 is on page 137, but unfortunately, it appears that they didn't much believe in labeling things in this time and place, so there's no explicit confirmation of the record type. However, they continue to look like baptisms and definitely not marriages.
