My password is not being accepted. I have not received the reply email from family search. What do I do to change password. 🙄
Hi Jennifer - Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking your question about changing your password. If you have tried to recover your password, as you indicate, and it is not working, you must contact FamilySearch Help and talk with a live person. You do this by clicking on the circle with the question mark at the upper right of most familysearch pages. From the drop down, select contact us, then select your area of the world. Once you get to the page for your specific area, select either the option to call if phone support is provided for your area or schedule an online appointment.
