Research consultation problem

I am a ward consultant working with a member in Italy (Sicily). We found one surname using Antenati But nothing on a second surname. So I thought I would get a consultation for a Friday morning in 3 weeks with a Italian consultant. The experience of booking has been frustrating as it will only give me one date and time. Help please.
