    You will follow the Field Help (purple question mark).

    Include all aliases, nicknames, or variant names that were given for a person, separating them with the word Or.

    Th entry will be Given Names: Primo Or John with the Surnames: Parola Or Ceriani.

    Primo Parola is his biological father. I would use that and any researcher/family member would see that he was adopted when they look at this record.

    @David Morris I believe the principal's age is 28 not 22.
