FSC_Application_Finder not working

We have 27 computers. Ten of the computers won't run FSC_Application_Finder. It returns a "First and Second strings not found" error. This seems to be a programming issue but I'm not sure. we have tried removing and reinstalling. It didn't work. We tried uninstalling Tivoli and installing MS Intune. It didn't help. All updates have been installed. The suggestion has been that we need to reimage all these computers. That is a daunting task taking several hours per computer. We may have to do that but are hoping for a simpler fix.

    You might want to join and ask in this group: FamilySearch Center Technical Support for Leaders and Staff

    I'm already a member, so it doesn't help. It would be nice if there was an easier way to ask questions online.

    Questions asked in the group have a higher likelihood of being seen and answered. People with Center Tech Support knowledge do not often visit the category https://community.familysearch.org/en/categories/family-history-centers

    Another option is to call Support and choose the option for Center support https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/familysearch-support-contact-us

    @Ted Christensen @Maile L

    Hello,

    Before I was released from my Mission at the end of April this year, I created a FSC Technical Help website, to assist such as yourself with "re-imaging" FSC computers.

    Please look at familysearchcentre.org and view the help videos and pages, going from link 9 to 16.

    I hope you find the instructions useful. Cheerio and be successful!
