Graham this link does not work. Can you tell me where to find knowledge articles? I'm looking in the help center and can't find this particular article. Thanks.

Still works for me. Should be able to click on it
This is the link in full. Try copying and pasting into your browser if clicking does not work.
Alternatively, go to the Help Centre and search for 2161

Graham, the link does not work, nor does typing in the exact title of the article. I'm logged in as a member, I am called as a ward TFHC, and I've joined the FSCenter Tech Support Group. When I sign in and enter "2161" in the Help window, I get another prompt to sign in. When I do, nothing happens. Is this article only for moderators?

I think you are right that it is a moderators only article. Normally it should say so but does not. However, the final sentence begins "If Church members contact us" which is a bit of a giveaway! Sorry to have misled you!

Thanks Graham and Marilyn. Since this article is for moderators only, is there a way you can copy and paste the article in this chat for us?

Or, Graham, could you at least finish the sentence that begins with "If Church members contact us"...?
Tamalyn, Ancestry Institution is the same version that most public libraries offer. The main difference that I know is that there is not access to the family trees on Ancestry. There may be differences in the databases available.

I don't know if this is part of the question or not, but I would like to know:
What is the difference in access (what features are available) for an Ancestry account provided to church members (would you call that a "partner access account?) and the access provided by the Institution portal available at Family Search Centers?

Not sure we are allowed to share the whole thing but I see no harm in sharing the rest of the sentence - "If Church members contact us to ask how to restore their premium accounts, we should provide them with the respective Site support options."
