Czech Republic Census Data

Hello,

How can I go about locating a person/family, if I know the specific address and date they lived there?

If anyone has any experience looking at CZ census data from the 1930s & 1940s I'd be most appreciative!

Have you looked at the article in the FamilySearch Research Wiki? It will be a good place to start. You can browse the online census records by District, then Place, the year.
