hi

i have a brother in out ward starting to attend temple

i wish to create an account to do his family history

i have all his information needed when i try to create an account it say this email is already associated with an account

i prossume he,s forgotten about his account details

i then try the recovery option for sigh in name or password but it then says both the email for this account and the phone number are not reccognised so i cannot use to be able to recover account

now what do i need to do is the question, poor yorik

@john oakley, with the brother present, I would phone call support for help in getting his Account restored. Having his membership number handy will be helpful. You can get the phone number from this LINK

@john oakley Hi John - You will need to contact support with your friend present to resolve this issue. On family search, click on the circle with the question mark at the upper right. From the drop down, select contact us (lower left). Choose the proper region of the world for your location to see the support options. For example, if you are in the UK, you would choose Europe and use the option to schedule an appointment for help with a FamilySearch Account. It is required that your friend, the account owner, be present. Hope this helps.
