Image already uploaded
I attempted to upload a scanned picture to an ancestor’s memories and FamilySearch said that the image was already uploaded. I don’t recall doing it before and it certainly isn’t already in said ancestor’s memories so that would mean I accidentally uploaded it, perhaps, on someone else’s memory page. I know that there is a search feature within an individual’s memories page but is there a way to search my entire family tree by the file name to locate where it is?

There is a page called the "Gallery" that has all the items you have personally uploaded, no matter who they might or might not be linked to.
It is under the Memories menu item at the very top of any Family Search page. This NOT the "MEMORIES" menu at the top of a Person page. It is above that, in the menu bar that says "Family Tree ... Search ... Memories ... Get Involved ... Activities ... "
As first indicated, this Memories section is about you and what you have uploaded. The menu that drops down says "Overview ... Gallery ... People ... Find". The Gallery page should list what you have previously uploaded, and your image may already be in there, but not linked to any person. You can open the image from the Gallery and then link it to the appropriate people.
