help others does not seem to be working, is there a problem

I have tried on several occasions to get into help others but it keeps telling me that it has problems and to try again later. It has been going on for days .

Mine is working. But maybe I'm not using the same steps. Can you do screen shots, or a step by step explanation so we can figure out what's happening?

I'm not LDS, so I know nothing of the Help Others function, but whenever FS says to "try again later", what it actually means is that you need to clear your FS-related browsing history (cache as well as cookies) and then try again.
