I see a film-reel icon for this film (meaning "not online"), so I can't verify, but I'm pretty sure that you're simply looking at the wrong part of the film. The history of Framingham that you're looking for is item 5 on that film. Item 1 is call number 976.3 H2fa, a history of Louisiana.

@Kristine P. Davis There are 8 books that were microfilmed on that one film. Each book has its own call number but there is only one film number (1036330 or DGS 7832688). @Julia Szent-Györgyi is correct that the call number you gave is Item 5 on the film for the book The History of Framingham. When there are multiple items on a film, they will be broken up like the image below. Scroll down to find Item 5.
When you are looking at it in the catalog, you have a couple of options. Under Notes after the call number is a link to the digital item and it will take you straight to the book with the call number you want.
If you scroll down to the Film/Digital notes where the film info is and click the camera icon, it will take you to the beginning of the film and you need to scroll down until you find Item 5 and then you'll see the book you want.
Hopefully Julia and I have helped you find what you are looking for!
Sam 😀
