Why am I getting this pop-up when already logged in to Family Tree?

    I haven't had that one, Paul, but when I am logged in via the Portal at my FSC, I regularly see a message about downloading and installing the Portal to view the limited access records - the very records I'm viewing.

    Some of the messages don't seem to recognize status/location.

    @Paul W Just this evening I had that pop-up that ignored that I was already signed in. Just FYI.

    Yes, coincidentally (or otherwise) I had it reappear yesterday, too - for the first time since I reported here.
