Dear, good afternoon

I would like to know why the information that was in my family tree
until my great-great-grandfather did not disappear.

I can no longer locate the data on the children of my great-grandfather
who came from Italy, Bovino, in the system.

There are changes in March 2023 that must have erased the information
I obtained before.

I request that the previous information contained in my family tree be restored.

Thank you for the steps taken.
Yours sincerely
Margaret Ferragoni

Would you please provide the ID number where the information disappeared so we can take a look? Thank you.

As PaulaAnn says, people can't help without the specifics, but I want to point out that almost nothing can actually be deleted in the collaborative Family Tree on FamilySearch. Everything is preserved in the respective Change Logs.

Usually, when a branch of a family is "lost" like this, it goes back to a single change in a single relationship somewhere -- someone mistook your relative for his and disconnected the person he didn't recognize.
